Blue Startups is a pioneering angel investment group and accelerator founded in 2012 by Henk Rogers and Maya Rogers of the Tetris Company, alongside Chenoa Farnsworth of Hawaii Angels. Operating as a public-private partnership with funding from the State of Hawaii, the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation, the Tetris Company, and private investors, Blue Startups supports early-stage companies in Hawaii's startup ecosystem.
