InvestMS is a venture capital program that provides equity investments to Mississippi-based startups and early-stage venture funds from Pre-Seed through Series A stages. Powered by Innovate Mississippi and backed by SSBCI capital, the program supports both local entrepreneurs and out-of-state venture capital firms seeking to invest in Mississippi's emerging innovation ecosystem. To qualify, businesses must be registered with the Mississippi Secretary of State and maintain a working physical office in the state. InvestMS focuses on identifying and supporting high-potential ventures in underserved markets across the Deep South.
